My mother-in-law was quoted 4.125 interest rate for 20 years by Gina Partin. When it was time to sign the papers the interest rate went up to 4.250 for 26 years. Gina said my mother-in-law took too long on the phone to receive the first interest rate. Gina didn't have any notes of any of their previous conversations The manager said he couldn't do anything. They couldn't go back and get the rate. It was less than a month from the time my mother-in-law was quoted the original till the time to close. Gina never told my mother-in-law that she took too long to respond to her on the phone. My mother-in-law wasn't aware of the change. The manager is a no count and promised that if the interest rate went lower he wouldn't charge her closing cost. He never wrote this in writing so I'm sure when the time comes that she can lower he will charge her closing cost. I wouldn't go here, I would find another company to go with. They quote you a low rate then when time comes to sign they raise it up and say they can't do anything about it. If you talk to them on the phone make sure to record your conversations because they will turn around and say they never said that.
