The caller came and sucked me

Extremely unresponsive to disputes. Often fail to review charges which are the result of medical billing errors (i.e., when a provider fails to bill a patient's health insurance.), which has happened to my mother several times. For one charge, she had so much difficulty convincing them that the medical service in questions was fully covered by her insurance, and the provider had simply never billed the insurance, that she gave up and tried to pay the charge out of pocket. But even then, Hillcrest mad it extremely difficult to make a payment due to limited hours, and poor phone accessibility. I remain suspicious of the relationship Hillcrest has with local medical providers, that this type of billing mistake, and immediate turnover of charges to Hillcrest, happens so frequently.

They have been sending us collection notices for a bill that we never had a late or missed payment on. Over a month after the bill was paid in full they are still sending bills. I can only assume they are fraudulently trying to get money that we do not owe.
