Chase Bank in Bowling Green, KY

Always seeing money leak out of my account, always screwing my account up but never credit my account when they mess up. Tired of them stealing my money! Been with them for 7yrs, and the last year or two has been getting worse. And only ONE branch out of 4 towns. Have to drive 38 minutes just to get to the nearest location. .. Closing account Monday and telling everyone I know how shady this bank really is. .. I regret my decision to bank with these people!

I work on the road and was told that chase was a national brand bank. They may have a bank in multiple states but in that state only have one bank so if your not close enough to use that bank or atm there is no benefit. My wife and I have had to go in to a chase bank multiple times to get our debt card to work and whenever I called the main headquarters to get the problem taking care of they will not just talk to you both parties have to be on the phone which is almost impossible when you working. So if you're going to be changing banks be sure to think twice before using CHASE. as soon as I can we will be changing banks. I wish I could give a half a star but this works.

Excellent customer service every time! I use the drive through to deposit checks or withdrawal cash. There are now two ATMs onsite so you don't have to wait during a rush.

They are always so kind to me! South central wouldnt cash my friends check but they would for me even though i only had a few dollars in my account. The only bank ill go to!

This bank has made an error on my account by returning a check while I have funds to cover it and caused me to pay a return check fee, and when I went to talk to the bank manager she let me sit in their lobby and kept helping people who came after me and at the end said that it wasn't an error despite me going to another Chase branch and their manager told me that it's a bank error. Unfortunately the manager that was honest with me couldn't help as the error wasn't from her branch. I've been with chase since 2005, and unfortunately I'll close my account due to some unexperienced bankers. Of course they only have 3.6 rating and most of the low reviews have very similar complaints
