It's convenient, everyone there is very nice and friendly, they know you by your first name, no matter what it is they can help you with any kind of banking needs and loans, I use to have a different bank and since I changed to park community I am happy and had no problems or nor would I ever think about going anywhere else.i love all my banking family

This is by far one of the most user friendly banks around. I really appreciate all the help they had given to me over the years.

Free ATM, that raped me of $130.00 on March 20, 2017, tried speaking to the teller inside was very polite and she was very polite to me, told me to file a dispute against the ATM through American express that the ATM was jammed around noon and that they had it serviced and so I did the dispute. A week later I got the dispute papers in the mail and they state I received the money. There is clearly a camera on the front of the ATM. I was too confident I would get the money back. I feel I was raped and really that's what took place. $130.00 isn't ok to just forget about. I've been patient and apparently these days that's asking for it.

Went well for the most part. However, I looked like I might not qualify to be a member at first after I had already been preapproved for a loan and made a trip to sign the papers. Fortunately it worked out. Just wish that had been taken care of ahead of time. Other than that everything was great.
