Its funny to see people post and say that this company is dishonest, liars, etc when the people posting these are the people who didnt abide by the contract given when you were given the loan, dumbass. Dont be upset that you actually have to be a grown up and pay a bill that you signed and said you would pay back. Whos the dishonest one now? Show integrity

The worst liars EVER! They promised a pay for delete for an old collection i knew NOTHING about. I went ahead and paid it to get it removed from my credit report. The phone was recorded. And now waiting for my lawyer to prove i was promised the deletion. So heads up.. if you're paying a bad collection from them. Get it in writing BEFORE you pay. They will lie and wont remove it!

as of right now my only complaint is no one will answer the phone or return my call so i can ask a simple question.

Well I don't know why people are complaining so much. My girl friend had a past due account with this company and she gave me permission to handle this account for her. I called this place and a guy named Alex was the one handling this account for her. I asked if we pay off the balance in FULL will they honor a paid for deletion he put me on hold to talk to a manager and came back and said yes if I pay that amount today that they will remove it from her credit. So we paid it and waited. Pulled up her credit not even a week after and it was removed. So maybe if your trying to ask for something in your favore maybe treat them with a little respect and they just might be willing to help you out. Long story short they did exactly what I ask with out any problems .....thanx Alex for you help.......

Currently have an account with them. Called to set up a payment arrangement for the second time now and each time they want a payment on the day I call when I specifically state that I can not make the payment until I receive my paycheck. Lady was also extremely rude about it. If they really wanted their money, they would be willing to work with people on setting up a payment schedule. Guess they don't want it too bad. I'll let them call me on my paydays from now on since they know when I get paid.
