Over a period of several months of searching for a home in a hot Portland market, I encountered obstacles, disappointments and frustrations, was encouraged by my agent to get someone “local” in order to get things done in a timely manner. I am glad I did not. At every turn in the process from application to closing, Bobby was there for me, supportive, highly knoweldgeable and competent. He delivered on every promise with the integrity that was so important to me.

John O'Gorman was our loan officer, and he was outstanding. He kept us informed throughout the whole process. His assistant Celia was very pleasant and followed up with us constantly for documents she needed without being at all pushy. We'll definitely be going back to him when we buy another home in the future.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Andy Patton. He was very reassuring when necessary and very responsive and professional during what can be an incredibly stressful time for a future homeowner.
