This company charged me an extra 6000 dollars for a car thats worth 1100 dollars 21%interest rate and they dont even offer Gap insurance. I have had major problems with this car got it from Shawnee mission ford there crooks as well to every body .STAY AWAY FROM THEM CALLBTHE BETTER BUSSINESS BUREAU AND REPORT THEM .

It's unfortunate that the staff here is so rude here. They seriously need to reconsider customer service training and any possible personality classes available. Poor excuse for a financial institute.

The staff here is the most unprofessional, rude, incompetent group of people I've ever dealt with in my life. Stay away from them. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau. I will be refinancing my car so I no longer have to deal with the headache of these bitter, incompetent, pieces of trash management.

If you like paying the top sticker price, plus an automatic $4,000 added to that, and a 23% interest sounds nice to you, then this is your place! Do the simple math. Say your looking at a used car worth $5,000. They're going to first say it is worth $7,000, then they're going to add $4,000 on top and sell it to you for $11,000. After interest and 3 years, you will have paid $15,329 for a $5,000 car. HUGE no go! Stay away from this company. Don't empower them to continue this disgusting practice of preying on those who are down and out already.
