Outdated technologies. Frequent debit or credit card failures. Nice people, but that's about the only thing going for it. No functioning app. Terrible "online" banking experience. Their website is something out of 2001: A Space Odyssey or Back to the Future. Again the people are nice. Pam and Brooke specifically are great, however they can only do so much.
