I was a customer from Fifth Third bank and walked into this location to inquire about the account to see if everything went smoothly. I was told i was in a basic account and that my bounce protection was activated. I did not want and yet kept it active incurring fees, plus i was never told of any accounts that would help my needs and only one girl knew what she was doing to be able to help me with my situation, before contacting the home location in Springfield to get what i needed. Misinformation and not honoring the transfer caused me to move onto another bank.

Completely incompetent staff. I had to go in three times to get my address changed and another three times to get my name changed after I got married. They apologized each time when I explained the situation and my obvious frustration, but that wasn't enough to get them to fix the issues and change my account. I have had to give them the proper documents of my name change twice, and have had to sign the name change documents three times, and am still waiting on my account to be changed. If all you want to do is make a deposit or withdrawal money, they're fine, but if you need any changes to your account, avoid this location at all costs.

When my account had a random charge and it was rent day, the staff was very friendly and competent and were able to help me in a timely manner. I live 30 minutes away from the nearest Great Southern and I don't think I'm going to close this account any time soon.
