Avoid this location if you value your time. Long drive through lines & indoor teller lines are norm during lunch hours because the bank only has 2-3 tellers on the clock to work all windows. In the meantime, the "specialists" at the desks will sit with an empty desk, hands crossed, smiling at the long, long line of customers. Other tellers are on lunch break & the branch manager hides in his office. Commerce branch managers at other locations will jump in if lines are long, but not this manager. Be prepared for a line.
Great staff. Always great service. Love commerce bank.

Wanted to talk with Commerce Branch I've used for many years. Call to main listed number, phone sort, to courteous representative, sent to branch, phone number phone sort, then to phone by tellers (or elsewhere in building), phone rang, rang, rang, rang, rang, disconnect. Great service for a 50-year plus customer. When will banks bring back PERSONAL SERVICE again? -John Biggs

I'd like to compliment, Sonia Fuller, for the excellent service she provided me last week. She helped me to sort out my account and explain several curious banking procedures. Her professionalism, and mainly, personal understanding quickly exceeded my expectations. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. I will continue to do business with Commerce Bank, thanks to people like Sonia.
