Midwest Community Bank in Plainville, KS

Don't waste your time. The incompetence of this bank is unbelievable. We went to them for a commercial SBA refinance loan. The loan had to be done over 3 times because they dragged their feet so much that the loan package fell outside of the SBA time frame. Three times!!! They kept asking for the same information over and over. Then the SBA stated that they would approve the backing of the loan after work was completed on the property. Which was one of the aspects for the refinance. Seriously? How can the work be done without the financing? Now what happens when we call the bank to discuss this? They don't respond. No email or phone call replies. UNPROFESSIONAL. Fourteen months wasted. As a business owner I am appalled with the incompetence of this bank.
