Great and fast service

I had been in their 1 lane drive thru waiting my turn patiently. Once I pull up in the drive thru after patiently waiting for my turn I ask for 2 deposit slips. Upon completion of the 2 deposit slips a "bank manager" approaches the window to rudely let me that if I am making more than 1 deposit I need to go inside because I am "holding up the line." I do believe I maybe took 2 min to fill out the deposit slips as well as waited patiently in the drive thrue line for my turn. Not to be told that for more than 1 deposit I need to go inside to make my deposits. A. Inconvenience after waiting 10 min in line B. Horrible customer service on behalf of manager I've been to many wells fargo drive thrue and have never had an issue like that. C. Very unprofessional the manor in which she handled the whole situation.

I had a terrible experience with a personal banker at this branch. My husband and I went to Wells Fargo on 95th street and asked a personal banker to add him to my credit card as a joint account holder. The banker (can't recall her name) told us that everything was taken care of and that he should see the credit card on his credit report after one or two billing cycles. She also told us that only joint account holders, not authorized users are reported to the credit agencies. Fast forward to July. I received a form to "add a joint account holder." I called WF 800 number and asked WTF? I was told that my husband was added as an authorized user and if I wanted to have him added as a joint account holder, he and I have to sign and fill out the form. He and I agreed to meet at the same WF branch. I was coming from work so I got there after him. When I arrived, he was sitting and talking to the dumb idiot who "helped us" the first time. She said that while they were waiting for me, they took care of everything and that she would fax the paperwork to the WF credit processing department and they would process it ASAP. Today, I called WF 800 number because my husband's credit card was still not showing up on his credit report. I was told that he was never added as a joint account holder. The form they received in July was missing my signature! He was added as an authorized user in April and WF has been reporting him to the credit bureaus as an authorized user. If I want to have him added as a joint account holder, we both have to go to WF for the third time and both sign the paperwork!!! I am debating whether we should go to a different WF branch or say screw it and keep the things the way they are and hope that the credit card shows up on his credit report. I am NOT going back to the branch on 5301 W 95th St, Overland Park, KS 66207 because of that stupid useless banker who should be fired. If this is the kind of customer service I will get at WF, then I should take my business somewhere else.

Beware of Wells Fargo a lot of money came missing out of our account. We tried to give them them a chance even with the scandal in the news. Move your money right away it's not even funny.
