U.S. Bank Branch in Olathe, KS

Have a limit of only $1000 to be withdrawn through the drive through, yet the atm woukd do it if it was in service. After waiting in line for 15 minutes because they only have one person working the drive through to tell me that, made me late for an appointment and only to find out that i was going to have to wait longer. Pull it together us bank and get your equipment fixed and also get properly staffed for servicing your customers. This is just ridiculous.

USBank will do everything in their power to lose you as a customer. They declined 7 different credit card transactions over the course of several weeks when I had many times more money in my account than I was making the purchases for. When I would call customer service they would admit I had plenty of money and could not explain why they were declining purchases, but refused to investigate or do anything about it. When I explained that it does me no good to have a debit card I can't use and that I would have to close my account if they didn't fix it they told me, "Well, I guess you'll have to close your account, then". So I changed my direct deposit to Community America (couldn't be happier). This issue, along with literally dozens of others, convinced me US Bank is owned and operated by incompetent fools who would be less of a drain on society if they were cleaning roadside ditches for a living. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This branch is a piece of crap I went in today to get a money order just to find out my account was negative $42.00 when the day before my account was at $109 and nothing was pending on it anyways I asked if they could waive the fee how it was the first time iv overdrawn it in 2 years of having the account and their only response was no its not a bank error iv had my account for 2 years in good standing and I cant get a stupid $36.00 fee waived for a $6.00 overdraw dont go to this bank they are crap and obviously don't care as soon as my check hits my account on Friday I plan on taking my money and closing the account and if the bank is reading this you can stick your $36.00 up your a$$

I am a regular US Bank customer and hate having to go into the Branch and several times quit going all together.. Not all the staff is bad, some actually try very hard to make up for the rest.. During one period I had to make several trips in a short period and actually had one of the Senior Tellers confront and told me that I had been in the branch too many times and that perhaps I need to rethink coming there. So I flat out asked him if he did not want my business and replied he could care less and take it elsewhere.. This location needs a STRONG Manager and One that wants to stick around and build a strong customer base... but they never last when assigned here... But right up the street is another US Bank Branch that knows and understands Great Customer Service, take your accounts to them you will be glad you did. Use this one for simple one or two item transactions..give them a chance maybe one day it will turn around.. I have faith in US Bank.....

I don't have an account there. However, I've been there very many times, cashing checks. I've never had any problems at all. Considering opening a business account there. I've read all the negative reviews. Think will give them a chance.
