We had originally decided to finance through USAA, but we went to her based off the recommendation by our local real estate agent, Jolene Roberts. After our first introductory meeting with Susanna, we both knew we would go with her. Her experience and intelligence, paired with her fun personality was the perfect combination. Susanna isn’t a typical 9-5 lender, she was available at all hours for our questions and ensured we understood all aspects of the loan process. Additionally, she took a considerable amount of time crunching the numbers based upon the different variables to help us make our decision on loan type, down payment, etc. It was fun and a very stress-free experience for us. I found Chris Bundy and PrimeLending in Manhattan simply by going to Google when I learned that I might have the chance to move from Colorado to Kansas. I had a couple of questions, and he answered them with an impressive, knowledgeable and can-do attitude. That cold call from a conference room at my former employer's office was the beginning of a remarkably smooth process that ended with Chris shaking my hand at closing on what my family thinks is the perfect house for us. Chris got us prequalified, we made an offer and it was accepted -- no problems at all. In fact, my wife and I kept asking each other, "Is this supposed to be this easy? Are we missing something?" I actually asked Chris that a couple times, in addition to other questions that I thought were pretty dumb, and every time, he reassured me that not only were my questions not dumb, but he answered them completely. Being in another state when we needed to provide documents was no problem. PrimeLending has an easy-to-use system, and Chris was always quickly responsive via phone and email. One caveat: Chris did say that we made his job easier by being honest, forthcoming, transparent and responsive when it was our turn to provide information. In other words, you as the buyer have to come to the table ready to give it your best effort. But Chris makes that process so easy and smooth that if you have any trouble, my guess is that it's on you, not him. He knows his business and helped us get the best rate possible on our house. And he made everything crystal clear throughout the process. I seriously can't think of one thing that was even a hint of difficult about working with Chris and his PrimeLending staff. I give them my highest recommendation.
