The new manager has a bad attitude. Rude to people when it gets busy she is not Professional at her job. If I could give it 0 stars I would if you need a loan go to someone else

Michelle was very nice.I felt bad for her. It forever (45 minutes) to cash a check. The scanner repeatedly crashed. I recommend that you invest in a new scanner immediately and clean up your computer drive so stream line the process for your clients. I will be happy to chamge my rating when I visit next and you have cleaned your ptocessung issues. PS give this poor girl a bonus for working wiyh cranky people waitung in line for a equipment issue.

I am editing this review as staff and management has changed since my last review. Nonetheless this is still the saddest excuse for a buisness anybody has ever seen. Why, for the love of God, do I have to commit an hour or more of my day every time I am unlucky enough to need to come in here?

Great service, Ben. Always informative with options that suit me when I need to take advantage of the service. Tends to be busy in the afternoon on Pay days(Friday). Reccomend researching what will be needed before you go in. This helps the process go faster for you and everyone that might be waiting.
