Refinanced $200,000. 10 year fixed VA. Got 2.875 rate, and in two years have paid off 25% of the loan! Selling house now, with a debt of 150 and value of $600, and moving to another state. Will use Affinity to see what they can do for the purchase of the new home! Only need $100 so it is a small loan, but on ten years fixed VA I calculate I can pay it off in less then 5 years, and be 100% debt free, and a 100% homeowner! VA is great since I do not get penalized for early payments. I go with a ten year loan allowing me the money if an emergency comes up! I could go five years! Affinity really worked well with and for me. Got funded within two weeks by Bank, and they have been great! Autopsy, so my payments are on time every month, and no delays in posting my payment!
