Horrible service overall. Understaffed mostly all the time I arrive. I went there and deposited a check, and did not show up in my account the next two weeks, because the "microcenter was understaffed" which is possibly true, but thats BULLCRAP!! HIRE MORE PEOPLE HERE PLEASE! THEIR UNDERSTAFFED QUIT BEING CHEAP US BANK!!

Horribly long wait times, 7 windows but only 2 are in service at 4pm. The busiest time of the day and by now this branch should have figured out this problem and solved it. Not the first time I've been having this issue.

Do Not Go Into This Branch! You will instantly regret it. They apparently don't have A/C as it's hotter inside than outside. Light fixtures just dangling. It reminds you of a scene from the Walking Dead. The ever growing line to the tellers is handled by sometimes 2, but usually 1 (AND YES, SOMETIMES NONE, ABSOLUTELY NO TELLERS). Those are the days you know you are in for some fun. The Branch Manager apparently never seems to be in and doesn't even have voicemail (at least according to the teller you would like to speak with him about and are expected to leave any message for him with her.... RIGHT!!!) This Branch is a black eye on the US Bank company and a disgrace to the community.
