Never had a bad experience for 10+ years. It's almost unbelievable how on a roll the customer service representatives are.

Wasn't able to process an IRA transaction from another company, BUT they gave us a prepaid envelope to the correct department and gave us information that really helped.

I literally cannot find any issues with them. Couldn't be happier about the ease of use. Pure online banking was a tiny leap to make, but the rewards are so worth it. Had my card blocked in China due to entering the wrong PIN. A quick email later and I had it fixed within 12 hours. It's like USAA has hired and trained a full team of competent people who instead of asking a bunch of questions to verify an endless stream of polices...they just fix the problem. No atm fees is awesome. Their online usage is awesome. The phone support for customer service is above awesome. I can't stress this enough. I'm off the phone with an answer to my questions in 5min or less. No robotic people here.
