The supervisor F. Ortega was the rudest, coldest and most disrespectful guy we have ever dealt with, he tried to be intimidating and harassing. We are just glad we recorded our phone call.

Rude and nasty people will not work with you on your debt. And also called me a liar!!!

Always disrespectful and rude! Always cut me off! Hadn't even reported my payments since 2011 so it has been affecting my score! Will not give me paperwork showing what I've paid, when I've paid , and how much I owe . They will only send out what I owe oddly enough. I called them a month or so ago and was told the exact sane balance as I was told this previous call and the chick swears I haven't called since 2014. Smh. Most disrespectful business I've ever cone across! Unprofessional! I disputed the company to the bureaus!!! Something seems off with them!!! Going to do more research! Watch your backs!!!

The lady I talked to was very nice and made me feel comfortable giving her my card information for a payment plan. I have nothing bad to say about them.

These people are rude and ignorant. If you are receiving phone calls from national credit adjusters I encourage everyone to contact their State Attorney General.
