Broker/Owner of RE/MAX On The Move. This has been one of the worse experience I have had in working a lender, Craig Yaryan of Primary Residential Mortgage out of ElDorado KS. I represent the seller. The conditional commitment letter is date on 6-27 and our contract was 6-28. Our original closing date was 8-19-16. We have now had had to extend to 8-26-16. Currently we are on stand still because Craig will not call us back . The buyers file is still supposedly in underwriting. Buyers have to be out of their rental by the end of this month and the sellers are trying to buy another house. Three families are relying of Primary Residential to finish this loan. He continues to email stating this file is in manual underwriting. He blames the appraisal company and the appraiser for not getting out to the property in a timely manner. Even though on 7-19 and 7-26 we connected Craig to let him know that an appraiser had not called us to go out to the property. This home is located in Towanda KS and should have been no problem in getting an appraiser out to the property and getting it back in time. Once the appraiser did finally go out on 8-10 it took him two weeks to get it turned in. Mr. Sheetz (appraiser) stated he had just received the order on 8-8. I have called Craig this morning and of course he has no responded. I have been in business for 19 years, this type of business behavior is not acceptable to me. I will not call it unprofessional because professional lenders get the job done.
