Old National Bank in West Lafayette, IN

I have been banking at Old National Bank for a few years and to date experienced only few issues. Primarily inefficiencies throughout the process of withdrawal or deposits. It is never a quick process. I have always waited for over twenty-five minutes for a deposit receipt and or a withdrawal. Outdated policies and exorbitant fees, but every bank has it's issues and policies. My recent encounter with customer service at the West Lafayette branch was absolutely terrible! I was shocked at the rudeness shown towards me & at their complete lack of customer care! It was clear that they did not care if I banked with them at all. If it were not for a shared account at this institution I would go elsewhere & thank goodness this is not my primary bank! Save yourself a lot of hassle and avoid this location. I have had a good experience at the Lafayette branches.
