Tried to call in to make a payment had to wait, more than 15 minutes on hold just to get service!! Not Cool!!!!!!!

Customer service is terrible they are rude and stuck up! As soon as our loan is taken care of we will NEVER go to them again!

I'm new to the area and I needed to break three twenty's for a fifty and a ten...so I drove through the drive up window. I sat there for a good five minutes when a young lady came to the window. I explained politely what I needed. She asked if I had an account there and I said no.. why would I need an account to make an exchange. She said in case they needed to contact me if they made a mistake! B.S.! What a lack of service! I won't be opening an account there! Cheap bast*+ds

If there are low ratings, it's because the people who left them are whiners or something. We love Community Wide. We've never had any issues with them. They are always pleasant. We've have a couple of loans through them. They're so much less rigid than other banks.
