The best customer service I have ever had the pleasure of working with in dire situations. They go above and beyond to ensure that all my needs are satisfied, no matter what the situation!

Terrible customer service. They are always slow, understaffed, and snooty at their main office. The only time that I am able to come in is around noon, which is when a maximum of only 2 tellers are working and there will always be a long line of customers waiting. I tried complaining to the branch manager about this one day but was told that she was on lunch. The person that I spoke with just sort of turned her nose up at me and said, "Well I'm sorry that you have to wait but we can only hire so much staff and our employees have to take a lunch" I'm sure it is very convenient for them to send the entire building to lunch at the same time everyday, leaving a skeleton staff for one hour. The only people that it is an inconvenience for are the customers they wouldn't have a job without. Maybe they just need new management at this location because it is impossible for any company that has been around as long as they have to be this incompetent.

This local bank has good customer service and plenty of branches to provide you with options for your money and bill payment
