They have been good to me on my loans in the pass 4 years I believe.. I hope they can help me on something else. If you all watch channel 32 news they are going to take homes here. I am hoping they can help me out on another loan. I am going have to move. My rent is $350.00 a month. I am going to talk to these people about my plans. I have been in this renter house about 4 years. Never miss a rent payment. Always on the 3 when I get paid. You know what I am thinking about. I guess I have to make a trip over to Salem , Indiana at the first of the month. Like to find some land in Charlestown put a motorhome, trailer, or what the call a tiny house. These people is great to work with. And work within your budget. . if you all know someone in Clark county might have something in my budget $150.00 to $350.00 a month rent. For what they are, a high-interest loan company for folks without a lot of options, they do good. They'll work with ya if you're having a rough month. Interest is very very high, but you knew that when you walked in the door.
