Tellers are rude. And I've been waiting 20 minutes to speak to a manager. This branch is awful.

If I could give negative stars, I would. When I opened my account, it was with another branch and that was by-far the only good experience I had. This branch and another branch misinformed my new wife what was required to change her name on the account. Then we decided because of this trouble we would bank elsewhere. Today we returned to close the account and it took OVER AN HOUR just to see us. With only one couple before us that is ridiculous. Then it took another 20 minutes to close the account. This consisted of the "manager" not being able to find me in the system and then waiting in line for a teller to write a check. Once she reached a teller (like we tried to do to start with) she stood and chatted with the teller for what seemed like an unreasonable amount of my time wasted.
