Very unprofessional. Rather than being on their customers side, they're more concerned about getting paid for their services, which ends up being shotty and disappointing and not worth the trouble. After suffering two months waiting for a loan approval you were already told you were getting, only to be let down, I'd suggest going elsewhere.

Great Bank! I have never had a problem with anything that I have done at this bank! I would recommend this bank to everyone! Great job Horizon!!

I would NOT recommend this bank to anyone! The tellers in the St. Joseph, Michigan branch have the worst customer service ever. They were very rude to me every time I came in to do a deposit. Obviously, I am not the only person they treated poorly after reading other negative feedback about this bank.
