I don't think I can put into words how great it was to work with Ed and his team but I will try... 1st off We were lined up to meet another lender after we met Ed. We cancelled with that lender once we met Ed, we knew this was who we wanted to help us on our home buying journey. We had a Va loan which is always a little trickier and I had many many questions I called Ed day and night... he always answered and ensured I understood everything. He even returned my phone call while on vacation in Canada! No matter what was going on he would say don't worry about it just trust me I will take care of it. And he did !! That is soooo rare with companies these days. We've been in our home for a few weeks now and you can bet when I called Ed to ask a random question he was there with an answer. I honestly can NOT recommend him enough!

Ed was very knowledgeable about everything we needed to go through when getting the loan for our home. He was on top of the interest rates making sure we got the lowest one possible. Penny was also great when it came to telling us what we needed so everything ran as smooth as possible. Could have been a little more professional with a situation we had.
