I have retracted my negative review. I was upset with the branch. While I still maintain that I did in fact have an overwhelming negative experience, I do recognize that it was unfair of me to berate the office staff for the encounter on a review. I became hostile and bitter for what I still consider to be a legitimate reason to become upset. That nonwithstanding, I would like to offer my sincere apologies to anyone who was upset by the content of my review; and more specifically- my apologies to the one staff member whom which it was directed at. Hopefully we can have a better experience working together than our last encounter if we do business again in the future.
