I have 3 accounts at Salin Bank and have really enjoyed working with them. They have a fantastic HSA account. Brian Balmer, my banker, is excellent and always avaliable to answer questions.

In my life, I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism in a banking organization. After walking into this particular branch, I was immediately greeted by an overweight elderly man who had several stains on his shirt. Once I told him want my purpose was, to attain a previous balance of my account without transactions, the man growled " I told your boyfriend/ husband we can't do that" and walked off into his office. I followed him and told him I need something regardless of what is displayed. What bank doesn't offer a balance of the account without transactions? What happened to decent customer service? Currently, I am looking into banking elsewhere, a place that delivers customer service with a smile and doesn't allow filth to manage, what is suppose to be, a professional organization.
