My wife and I were simply amazed at the service and professionalism provided by Tim Mestrich. Not only is he patient and kind, but he was extremely knowledgeable throughout the whole process and was able to get our loan closed in a matter of 2 weeks. I couldn't believe how fast the process was. It was like we blinked and the loan was completed. I wish I had another house to refinance just to work with Tim again. We are looking forward to using the dream kitchen this loan will provide. I might invite him over for dinner in our new kitchen! Thanks TimOthy!

Worst company ever called me over and over several times before 7am. Told me I was approved and had me pay $495 for a appraisal and then told me I was denied.so the guy Mike Webster flat out lied to me. I ask why did he do that all all he said was I'm sorry. I'm going to sue for my money back. You only pay for appraisals after your approved and that what I was told until I paid my money!!!!!!!

I received eight phone calls in 17 minutes from them between 6:57 and 7:24 AM. Most were calls that when I answered, the person immediately hung up. I would call back immediately and there'd be no answer. Only voicemails. Other times I received calls from the exact same number and the person on the other end acted as if they didn't just call me. The ones that spoke to me were smug and laughed at me. After reading the reviews, clearly this is not the first time this has happened. I'd be happy to give names, phone numbers and the times that they called.

This place is an excellent place for refinancing or purchasing a home. They are very personable and committed to getting exactly what you need at a reasonable time frame! I honestly could not be any happier without their help. Thank you Royal United.

*****uses a switch so that you appear to be getting local phone calls, nothing in the caller ID indicates that you are receiving calls from Royal United.****** I'm only giving two stars because Nick was truly wonderful and respectful to my mother in law during her attempt to get a loan with this company, otherwise, I can't find anything redeemable. Unfortunately, other loan officers were very aggressive, and inspite of being turned down for a loan, they continued to call my mother in law for a week afterward, daily. Constantly getting her hopes up and putting her through the process repeatedly. Most were rude and disrespectful when we told them we were no longer interested. One in particular called 6 times in two minutes and then when I answered the phone, he said, "Wow you are hard to get on the phone!" When I explained that we had already been told no and were working with someone he tried to give me a sales pitch in anyway. Please use better communication and training with your employees. This is unacceptable.
