I have been banking with this bank for over 9 years now and its safe to say they do NOT care about you. Worst bank i've ever banked with. i like to supporting local banks so i always have an account with a major bank for traveling purposes and another with a local bank. I've been dealing with this specific branch primarily and the people here suck. Their customer service is not the best and you get more of a stare rather than a welcoming hello when you walk in. Like i said, i've dealt with this bank for over 9 years so this is not a one time thing. Whether a person is pretending or not, i like to feel welcome anytime when i'm the CUSTOMER and your JOB is to give me customer service. They ignore your emails, they take long to answer the phone and as a person that works in customer service, i can tell you they are not about the "customer" or the "service". Anyway, i've moved on to better things.. I now bank with a different local bank that is very customer service orientated. Very detailed and likes to help out and explain all you need to know. If you can't make it to the bank, they can make it to you. All their systems are UP TO DATE and i get ZERO fees if i utilize a different ATM. Unlike IMCU, i even have 24 hour customer service and with IMCU its only during business hours.They know me by name at my new bank and not just me but this kind of service is for everyone. i can go on and on about new bank! Thanks to IMCU i found better service elsewhere. I got to a point where i got frustrated and had to do better. I couldn't even pay my rent every month because i had to "call in" and approve the amount first. Even though i told them that this would be a monthly thing and would be paid through the same portal they were not having it. So imagine on days were i would forget to "call in" and i usually get home around 6pm but they are already closed at this time and me trying to pay my rent and getting a decline response even though i know i have money in my account but because of not "CALLING IN" i had to pay extra fees all the time just because this outdated IMCU bank could not approve me to set up a reoccurring payment to THE SAME PLACE and had to "CALL IN"!! I mean, what year are we, AD?? Stupid bank. From the bottom of my heart i used to love this bank, but i can honestly tell you that if you want a bank to respect your money and you as the owner, this IS NOT the bank for you. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BANK.
