First Financial Bank in Indianapolis, IN

Like the previous review, I loved Flagstar and got forced into this awful bank. First is awful, I have been lied to by uniformed employees who were former Flagstar and weren't properly told how First operated. I got forced into a FEE checking account. I was told it worked like Flagstar's old one I was in. WRONG. I need 12 signature based transactions, which is not what Flagstars was. So I got a fee on my account for not meeting that 12 requirement. I currently am not working in IN but still have my family there and so I called them to tell them I would move my money and they could close the account. No, they can't do that. Even if the account has $0 balance I am still fee-ed, WTF? I have to come in in person and close it. Gah, I can prove everything they need by phone, especially if I can make the account have $0 balance in 5 seconds. I can't wait to get back to Indy and have the glorious day of closing my account.

Scandalous bank. Went to cash a deposit check from rental property, FROM FIRST FINANCIAL BANK, they wouldn't cash it stating it was Stale Dated, even though my tenant gave them cash for the check for the deposit! Do NOT do any business with this bank. See google maps...branches are "Permanently Closing" for a reason!!! Scandalous.
