I attempted to purchase a vehicle at Credit World yesterday on Pendelton Pike in Indianapolis, Indiana. I was recommended by my brother- in -law and sister who have purchased as many as 4-5 vehicles from them. I had the necessary down payment ($1100) and could afford up to $400 or so a month. Unfortunately, i was unable to do so as I am on DIsability. THey refused to let me purchase even though i haver the money and qualify in that aspect. I was a Registered Nurse, have worked since i was 14 at various jobs, till becoming a nurse. 5 Years ago , to make a long story short, had a stomach tumor and ended up very ill. After 30-40 surgeries and still many medical problems I am still to ill to work. I am being discriminated against because I am disabled. Not sure if thats illegal, probably not, but i am checking. If not illegal, certainly immoral

We purchased a vehicle flat-out from Credit World and within a half hour after purchase it became obvious that the truck was not worth what we paid at all! The transmission has obvious problems which were not mentioned in the purchase or during the test drive (of course!) that will now costs us an additional $1,800 to repair. This is an entirely dishonest scam of a company. Do not purchase from this awful place.

First off,down payment on window said 695$ but then was told needed 1,000$ down. As wife was leaving lot on test drive I seen it was smoking bad. I'm not stupid so I told her not to even think about buying a vehicle from them, I could tell they were totally dishonest... when she told salesman that I wanted to look under hood to check out few things,she was told no and if she wanted the vehicle she had to tell him right then. When she told him she didn't want it he tilted his head back and started breathing hard and flaring his nostrils like he was going to freak out. He didn't say a word, just stood there like a total as__ole!!! Very very unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend anybody to buy a vehicle from there.

Bought a truck almost a yr ago, its a good solid running truck, no problems. Everyone is very friendly an when I go into the office I feel like I am going into a friends house. The sales tax is not added into the down payment price on the car, its additional so make sure u have extra to pay then or you can split it into your next couple of payments.
