Hardly ever answer phones phone line busy told I would be getting a call back from a representative been 5 days called left voicemails spoke to this representative was told I would receive a call back in 10 minutes never received a call and I'm supposed to trust them with my money ha ha what a joke Update: Drove hours out of state for a vehicle purchase was told 2 days prior that Jerry would be available on Saturday morning to call and get loan by noon called from 1115 to 130 no answer... hours from home,no car loan transfer, unable to complete purchase, very embarrassing.
