This doesnt even deserve a one star. The Manager here claims how professional she is with her 25 year plus experience (very hard to believe) yet she comes out with an attitude and has no solutions to problems. She has horrible communication skills and talks with a nasty tone.

As I walked in I was greeted instantly by a James Mattox he was very professional and courteous as I explained to him the major inconvenience of having my card stolen and marked as a late payment he underwent the task with ease and efficiency ,would definitely recommend this a "go to place".

This is the slowest damn back. There is NEVER enough tellers. When I go to this bank I know I will for sure be waiting at least 10 minutes if not longer for service.

I pulled up in the drive thru with no customers inline and 4 clerks in the bank to deposit a check I arrived at 12:25 pm and they didn't even greet or say a word to me til 12:33 pm and the deposit wasn't done til 12:36 pm Thank God my business accounts are not here very disappointed. That long of a wait should be unacceptable.
