Initially I was working with Krogers when I met Joseph (Joe) Nelson in the break room. He was able to causally connect with the associates without having that overbearing vibe. He never came across negatively or arrogantly, and Joe was respectful throughout the process of setting up my bank account. I came in again today, 12/23/2016, and again he was absolutely laid back and absolutely an ease to sit with and chat while we set up my first credit card.
