Collection Services-Goshen in Goshen, IN

TERRIBLE customer service! I went in to the location in Goshen and the lady wworking was on the phone yelling at a hispanic person crusing up a storm. She slammed the phone down and called him a "FU*KING SPIC" saying how she cant understand him and told him to just bring his payment in. She slammed the phone down and continued to drop the F bomb a few more times. Then I rang the bell and she finally camw out to take my payment.

Man was very rude on the phone (not that I was nice back either). They claim to have sent over 20 letters to a former address that my inlaws live at. We have never seen any of these letters. The first one we see is a final notice...I call BS on that one. INCREDIBLY unprofessional! If you have made so many phone calls how about leaving a message instead of looking like every other scam robo caller out there!
