Huntington Bank in Franklin, IN

Love the bank and the tellers are always friendly, but they really need to get a designated teller for the drive thru window. We sat in the drive thru for over 15 minutes before even being acknowledged. Absolutely ridiculous. And this isn't even close to the first time. It's every single time.

I have waited as well 15 minutes. I asked the teller and they always say "our counter customers come first." What kind of Bank would say that. It is so ridiculous because people don't have that kind of time. Come on, hire a window teller and treat your customers like your advertisement.

I have only had pleasant experience with this location. The people are very friendly and helpful and they often offer free cash just for signing up for an account. My main complaint is that they charge a good chunk of change for very basic interactions such as taking cash out of other banks' ATMs. Standard practice, but their charges are even higher than normal. Don't fall for this and be careful and you'll be fine. Other than that, I highly recommend this place.
