Midwest America Federal Credit Union in Fort Wayne, IN

My wife and I have had nothing but problems ever since we joined 4 months ago. Their tellers have not known how to read a deposit slip, they have not paid our online bills properly, and they have given us the runaround when we tried to go in and settle the issue. Then, when my wife is at the bank, and they have not helped her again, she goes to call me to see what to do, and the teller says that they have a "no cell phone" policy in the bank. Whatever. That was enough. We'll go somewhere else with our money. Just glad I never setup my direct deposit with them.

Horrible customer service....employee actually threatened me over the phone. Asked to speak with his supervisor and he said that was him....must have been the CEO or President of the credit union. Closing my accounts and moving my loan from Midwest Credit Union.
