The drive through here must be the worst I have ever experienced. I like TCU, however do not believe they are organized very well and definitely do not run the drive through well. PNC however will have you in and out in less than 30 seconds.

I have been researching for several months about the pros of joining a credit union. After a bit of personal debate, I decided to make my transition official. My experience at this TCU was bitter and riddled with the unhelpful and rude nature of their teller (or rather resident cosmetologist) Whitney. If I had know my inquisitions regarding credit unions were such a burden to her nail filing time, I would have come back another day or perhaps asked to see a manager. I was greeted with displeased grunt upon grunt and lazy answers to my growing list of questions. The only saving grace of my trip was a helpful young lady, Casey I believe, who had just finished assisting a drive through patron. She arrived at the counter and seemed to notice my growing displeasure immediately as she attempted to save my patronage in lieu of her horrible colleague. I confess however that her efforts arrived too late. My gut and research were telling me to join a credit union, but if the benefits come at a cost of employee engagement and competence, I Would at least hope to see equally as astounding interest rates. In short, thank you Casey for your efforts. Unfortunately you arrived in my story too long after your French manicured colleague had given me all the information I needed to never set foot in this branch again.
