Heritage Acceptance Corporation in Elkhart, IN

Have an auto loan through them and am very satisfied, only complaint is the charge you to make a payment no matter how you pay over the phone or internet. My customer interaction with Gene was very pleasant so for him I give five stars for haver great customer skills .. but the extra charge for me already giving my money to them is a bit discouraging.

We had a rough start however, I appreciate Heritage and their staff, they've been courteous, caring, helpful, and patient during my difficult times here lately.

I would give negative starts if I could. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN ! I'm reporting them to the BBB and Attorney general for violating FDCPA laws. Laurie is by far the most ignorant disrespectful person I've spoken to. I needed an extension on ONE payment and she then placed me on hold to speak with a manager. When she came back on the phone her whole tone was changed. She went from helpful to flat out B**ch. She was VERY rude and VERY ignorant. If I couldnt get the extention she could have just said no. It's not a big deal I would have had to make my situation work. But the way she spoke to me was unbelievable. Heidi who used to work there was amazing nice lady ! I'm glad she left that hell hole ! I can't want to re-fi this rude disrespectful company ! I mean they need seriously need customer service training. I work in collections and it's no way I would talk to a client the way that low down disrespectful Laurie talked to me !

I've been financed for three years with this company. I haven't had the best experience, but I have new reassurance with my new rep Gene. He gave me all the information I was unclear about and always returns my calls and helps me better understand where I am with my payments. Gene is awesome and has made me feel better as a consumer!

My rep Lorie is awesome. She works with me every time I need an adjustment with my account and she went the extra mile to pull up some documents I needed to get work done on my car. That helped a lot with my repairing process. In addition, she always returns my phone calls. We communicate well which makes things go a lot smoother. Thank you Lorie!
