Called in for some information needed about a payday loan and at first they seemed kind then was put on hold and sat there for about seven minutes then re called and told I was put on hold and waited. The reply was that they had a few customers......so are people on the phone not customers that should be treated with respect? Then after I started to ask a couple questions I stated my income comes from the military and she interrupted me saying they don't work or help people in the military. Her tone was very rude and condescending. That was that.

I have used Allied several times over the last couple of years, especially when the economy went belly up. They have ALWAYS been helpful and courteous; never rude or condescending in any way. Once, when I was running late and had to get there, I called ahead and Cheryl was kind enough to wait for me to get there and take care of my business. Outstanding customer service in every area and they will work with you if the need arises at loan maturity. I give ***** across the board!

Employee was courteous and respectful. Considering she works by herself processing each loan, answering incoming phone calls and performing her other duties, I'm surprised the Company doesn't give her additional help. Payday Loan Stores (Currency Exchanges) normally had 3-4 employees working loans. Now that they closed, you would think Allied would try to pick up the additional customers. Otherwise, I would give Allied 5 stars!

It was my first time coming in here. The CSR working was just really rude. Definitely not one to complain because I go to the Hobart location and love it there. Totally different environments.
