Allied is an Awful company that believes harassment is okay. They refuse to go back to DexMedia to tell them the client does not owe them money but is owed a credit. They call and call even though they were told they have incorrect information. They tell you be prepared to be recorded yet they have no direct contact with DexMedia (another awful company) so nothing can ever be resolved. If I could give them negative stars I would.
