Staff does not know how to change a pin on a business debit card. Had to return to the branch 3 times after being told by the staff to call 800 number. Then they found out they had to do it. Staff does not know how to wire transfer funds to China. Staff says they will not hold a small check but the next day there is a hold on said check. Hold time for this check was not just a few days but for 9 days. Very Very Poor training but nice people.

Friendly and very helpful. When I walk in they always greet me by name. They can answer all my questions or my conserns about my account.
