If I could have posted "0" stars I would have. The customer service of TCU is the worst I've ever dealt with when it comes to banking. Tell me one thing, and I follow instructions, call back, sit on hold for 13 mins, and they close in the time I'm on hold so they won't address my issues tonight. I then ask to speak to a supervisor and am told she's with someone at the moment and she's not taking calls at this time. She will call me back tomorrow and I get hung up on.... I will be moving my banking elsewhere and never dealing with TCU again.
