Some of the people are nice but the drive through service is terrible and slow!!!!!!! Very inconvenient I always wait too long and even when I'm inside I wait too long.

Had an incident with fraud on my fiancés account. Her card was ran for a total of about $400 out of state. they notified us of the fraud, we confirmed there were fraudulent charges and had them cancel cards, ordered a new card, and filed the claim paperwork to have the charges reversed. They denied the claim saying they couldn't verify that the charges were fraudulent even though they could see charges from the same time period made locally and out of state. They claimed "the reason for the denial was that there was money withdrawn from the account after the claim was filed..." that was her primary bank account, of course we had to withdraw money, we had to pay bills. We then called to see how to have them re-evaluate the charges. We got a police report and filed new paperwork. They then canceled the new card without any request to do so. When we called to ask why they canceled the new card and request they reactivate it they hung up on us... The new claim still hasn't been resolved. This is an institution I'm supposed to trust with my money? I'm about done trusting Huntington.

Over all great experience I aways go in and talk to the tellers and they always have a smile and greet me by name! The bad: The bank needs a bunch of do not enter and one way signs out front! The people of Avon are idiots and go the wrong way though the front. I almost got hit twice Friday 4-8-16 trying to leave going the right way! And this happens a lot there!
