Ben Farnham (a tall thin white man) at Angola refused to open a 2nd checking account for and didn't know the answers to my questions. So, I drove 20 miles to Auburn and opened a 2nd account at Auburn!!! Ridiculous!!! Ben always said "wait! one thing at one time". Ben SHOULD NOT be in this business!!! Extremely poor custom service skills!!!

I telephoned this branch of the bank to ask some questions regarding policies and services. Unfortunately, the employee I spoke with was rude to me, from the beginning of our conversation, until the end.

Friendly and helpful staff. Always asking if they can do something for us. Line length depends on the day and time but they work hard to get people through asap.

I don't bank with WF for a reason. I have n the past and I closed my account. My boss uses wells Fargo and let me tell u, Everytime I cash my check there they're soooo rude and make my experience Everytime one that I dread

I have only been banking at Wells Fargo for about 8 months, but I have always had great experiences with their customer service. I look forward to stopping in because they're always so friendly.
