Went for a small 90 day loan, ended up getting in to it with SUSAN who currently works at the Scatterfield branch in Anderson IN because she didn't "like" where I made my purchase at. I didn't realize I needed approval from someone who was barely qualified to clean the bathrooms in the place, of where I made my purchase at. Needless to say, ended up leaving and doing business with a local First Merchants. Wouldn't give them the time of day to go back in there.

Not friendly by the so called gentleman that helped us today. They use to help people seaking help financially on a loan. If you haven't had a credit history at all dont waist your time as I did. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone at all! I need help in a rough time an very abe to make the payment easily but still wont help...maybe if I had a bunch of debt they would!!

We did business with PFC about two years or so ago when we bought a hot tub from a company in Noblesville. It was financed through PFC because it had a promotional 0% interest rate. My husband and I found them to be very personable, professional and polite. They were also very efficient and reliable. We occasionally receive promotional literature from them but haven't had the need for another loan. If we do, however, I wouldn't hesitate to call the folks at PFC to take care of it. Great staff at the Anderson, Indiana location!
