This has to be one of the worst 53rd branches in the Chicagoland area. Orinigally it was open until 7, then went to 630 and now all the sudden it closes at 530. 530 most people dont get home from work until then. There is only two people ever at the location if your lucky, new faces Everytime you walk in and no one know what the hell they are doing. I deposited a check at 9am on a Wednesday and at 907 pm it is still not pending as a deposit on my onine account. The one lady that has been there the longest, speaks very broken English and I have seen a jar of malaise empty faster then she works. I avoid going to this branch at all cost but it is in my home time so sometimes, I just have to. If the was a zero star that is what they would deserve but I guess one is the lowest. Get your act together or close the branch. I garaunty they have lost hundreds of customers solely because of the woodstock branch.
