Two ladies, on three different occasions called me and requested me to verify the last four digits of my social security number. If anybody asks you to confirm ANY part of your social, hang up.

Contacted me for someone I don't know to collect a debt on MY phone. They've been trying to contact this person for almost 6 years but have never called this number that's never been associated with the other person. Could only have obtained this number illegally through data mining. Also, called with automated recording which is illegal. Immediately called the other number that used to be associated with the person I don't know once I hung up. More to the story, but I've filed an F.C.C. complaint against them and suggest others do the same. These people need to be stopped.

Do not trust this company! Someone called me and gave me their first name only. They said they were calling about "an important business matter" and continually tried to verify my social security number, date of birth, and email. When I refused to give them any information without knowing who they were and what this was regarding, he handed the phone to the woman next to him who tried to get the same information from me. I hung up and told them I wasn't interested in their scam.

I had a student loan go into default with navient and it went to this company. Although I was reluctant at first, they have a nice Loan Rehabilitation program where you pay $5 a month for 9 months and it helps to get it off your credit report after that.

They had my correct email and phone number, but for some reason only tried to contact me by mailing to an address I lived 3 years ago. Thanks to their incredible laziness, I was audited by the IRS.
